I've been wanting to start a new series on wearing refashions and/or thrift store clothes. But when I saw Ma Nouvelle Mode's Copy Cat Closet challenge of the week, I knew it was the perfect time to start.
The tie neck blouse is one of the very first refashions I made last year from an old Goodwill find. I love layering this piece under jackets, cardigans, and sweaters. Sometimes I tie the neck high, but today I left it hanging open a bit.
The jacket was a $6 thrift store find - Italian linen! It's really too early to be wearing such a springy pattern....but it was almost 60 degrees yesterday and that's good enough for me. I can't wait to pair this jacket with seersucker this summer.
It was raining outside....so we opened the door and let that light in!

Sure getting a lot of bang out o' that buck! Versatile, smashing and a great shade on you, pretty thing!
